Siam Legal is committed to providing high-quality visa application services. While we cannot guarantee the approval of your Destination Thailand (DTV) visa application due to the final decision resting with the Thai government, we offer the following guarantee:

In the event that your DTV visa application is denied by the Thai authorities, Siam Legal will refund 50% of the service fee paid for our assistance with the application process.

To be eligible for this refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The visa application must have been prepared and submitted by Siam Legal on your behalf.
• The denial must be due to reasons beyond your control, and not due to any misrepresentation or omission of information on your part.
• You must provide us with a copy of the official denial letter from the Thai authorities.
• The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the denial letter.

The following are not covered by this refund policy:

• Fees are paid to the Thai government for visa processing.
• Costs incurred for document translation, notarization, or authentication.
• Travel expenses or any other costs not directly related to our service fee.

To request a refund, please submit a written request along with the required documentation to dtv@siam-legal.com. Our team will review your request and process the refund within 14 business days if you are eligible.
