When applying for the Thailand Elite Visa, whether it’s Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or the invitation-only Reserve membership, you will need to provide the same set of documents as part of the application process, now referred to as the Thai Privilege Visa.
Thailand Elite Application Form – Completed and Signed
Foremost, decide which membership package you want.
If you are applying from abroad, please inform the agent of your preferred membership package, and it will be sent to you via email.
Now, here is what you need to do.
- Sign the very first page of the membership application form. This is known as the consent form.
- Now, fill out the general details, contact information, occupation, and “other” section on the next page. Only the occupation section must be filled out During an in-person consultation.
- Finally, sign on the “applicant’s signature” at the bottom of pages 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
Personal Data Protection Act form
After filling out your information and personal details, and signing the application form, you will be given a Personal Data Protection Act form, known as a PDPA form.
The signature on the PDPA form must match your passport’s signature.
Passport Size Photo
Take a photo of yourself in color, and it must be against a white background. There are two ways you can do this.
Option 1
If you already have copies of passport-sized photos, you can submit this along with the application. However, if you don’t, you can visit the nearest store to get your photo taken.
Option 2
You can ask somebody you know to photograph you, but it must be in portrait mode, and in front of a white background.
If you are applying during the consultation, the staff will take a photo before the end of the session.
Photocopy of your Passport
Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 1 year (or 356 days) as it is a requirement for the application process.
Provide a color scan or photo of your passport’s title page with a visible signature. If you are in Thailand but unable to come to the consultation, you are also required to scan the page of your passport showing your latest Thai visa arrival stamp.
If using a GSSA agent, they’ll handle this step for you.
Submitting Your Application
There are two ways you can submit your Thai Elite Visa application.
- You can send all the necessary documentation to Siam Legal via email, LINE, or WhatsApp. A consultant from the Thailand Elite team will submit your application to the Thai Immigration Authorities and initiate the next phase of the process.
- To have all the paperwork ready for on-site application submission, attend an in-person consultation. At the meeting’s conclusion, the consultant will collect and submit all the documents on your behalf.
After submitting your application, you’ll receive an email containing login details (username and password) for tracking your Thailand Elite Visa application’s progress on a private online platform.
Applying Through a GSSA Agent
To simplify the process, it’s recommended to contact a GSSA agent, like Siam Legal, and let them assist you in applying for the Thai Elite Visa.
A consultant at Siam Legal will guide you through the application process, helping you choose the best package, answer all of your questions and concerns, help you complete the form, and show you where to sign.
If you’re applying for a Thai Elite Visa in person with a consultant, you’ll be given the application and PDPA forms during the consultation session. Plus, the consultant will take a photo of you and scan your passport.
If you are applying from abroad, the consultant will send you the application form to fill out and sign, along with signing page 8 of the PDPA form. The applicant will only need to scan or take a photo of the passport information page and take a photo of themselves in front of a white background.
