Every holder of the Thailand Elite Visa membership is required to complete their 90-day report.
A benefit of holding a Thai Elite Visa is that you don’t have to handle the reporting yourself. Instead, you can request assistance from the staff at the Thailand Privilege head office. However, you will need to redeem one of the Privilege Points.
If you wish to let staff from Thailand Privilege help you with the 90-day reporting, you must have your passport and a completed TM47, including your signature. Then, you can conveniently drop off these documents at their head office in Sathorn on Tuesdays, between 09:00 – 16:30.
After this, the team at Thailand Privilege will take your passport and TM47 to the immigration office the next day (Wednesday). Once the reporting is completed, you can collect your passport at the Thailand Privilege head office any weekday between 09:00 – 16:30.
If you fail to report for the 90-day report, it won’t be considered as overstaying. However, you must pay a fee of 2,000 THB. Submitting the report is advised within 15 days before or up to 7 days after the expiration date.
