Sawadee ka, this is Talisa from Siam Legal again. I wanted to share with you how the current changes for the Thai Elite Visa will affect your ability to upgrade your membership.
Membership upgrades are only available to Elite Easy Access members. As a member, you can upgrade your 5-year Thai Elite Visa plan to either a 20-year Elite Superiority Extension or a 20-year Elite Ultimate Privilege package.
Given the recent updates, there is now a deadline for this. If you want to upgrade to one of these two options, you must apply before August 15, 2023. Applications submitted after August 15, 2023, will not be accepted so if you want to upgrade your current package, it’s recommended that you do this as soon as possible.
Upgrading to a new package is easy. We have a video each for both the available Thai Elite Visa packages you can upgrade to, so please click on the video links in the description for more info.
If you do not own an Elite Easy Access membership, we recommend applying for one of the two 20-year Elite visas rather than applying for the 5-year visa first, as applications are lengthy.
