Good news, everyone! If you’re looking to still upgrade your 5-year Thai Elite Visa membership, you’d be glad to know that it’s not too late.
That’s right, the August 15, 2023 deadline, after much consideration, has now been postponed. If you purchased the Elite Easy Access membership, you can upgrade to a 20-year Elite Superiority Extension or a 20-year Elite Ultimate Privilege membership anytime until 3 months prior to the expiry date of your 5-year Thai Elite Visa.
If on the Elite Easy Access plan, you can also consider one of the new packages coming on October 1st, 2023. These will arrive with new and additional privileges that may be more to your liking. As Thailand Privilege is currently in the process of rolling them out, stay tuned for more details.
If you submitted the application for the upgrade prior to this announcement, please consider filling out the respective form. This serves as confirmation for whether you would like to proceed with the upgrade now or consider to upgrade on a later date to ESE, EUP or one of the newer packages instead.
The timeline for the upgrades to be processed is 1 to 2 months. If you want to upgrade now, please fill out the respective application forms down below. New applicants still have until September 15, 2023 to submit their application for a current Thai Elite Visa package if they don’t already have one. However, due to lack of a deadline, you can consider the 5-year Elite Visa and then upgrade it if you may be staying longer in Thailand.
