Along with our Property Team, Por also provides consultation and guidance to our firm’s various property clients and represents them when interacting with Thai authorities.
Omar earned his law degree from Ramkhamhaeng University. He has extensive experience in Real Estate Law conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing contracts including Sale and Purchase Agreement, lease agreement and related agreements involving acquisition and disposal of properties, and providing legal advice related to building control conditions, relevant government regulations and laws for well-known wholesale and retail business companies in Thailand.
Bam graduated from Kasetsart University with a Bachelor of Law. She has extensive experience in trademark, IP, and property law, and has served as a court interpreter for civil and criminal cases. She is managing the property transactions including due diligence, contract issuance, and document preparation for property registration and transfer. Bam also provides thorough reviews and commentary on legal documents to our international clients.
Boss graduated from Thammasat University, where he specialized in Business Law through the International Program. With multiple years of experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, he has developed strong skills in contract drafting, legal research, and compliance.
