Frequently Asked Questions

Who can we assist?

At the moment, our service for package Visa and COE/Thailand Pass applications (Package 1 and 2) is limited to the US, Canada, and the UK. We are able to assist both UK and US citizens who are currently in the UK, Canada, or the USA. We can also assist foreign nationals who are legally staying in the UK, Canada, and the USA. For the COE/Thailand Pass application package 3, we are able to assist any nationality in any country as long as the Thai Embassy or Consulate is currently operating in that country.

How long does the application process take?

For Package 1 and 2, the process will take at least 3 weeks. This includes the online visa application through the Thai embassy or consulate and the COE or Thailand Pass application. For package 3, the process takes 5 to 7 business days, this includes an application for COE/Thailand Pass under the Visa Exemption program and to those who already have a valid visa.

What is the best way to communicate with Siam Legal?

Is your fee refundable?

Our service fee is a consultation fee, therefore our fee is non-refundable. Whether the visa application was successful or there were delays in the process, the client agrees that the fee will not be refunded. In case of unforeseen cancellation of your trip or change of plans that you no longer use our service, the service fee that was paid will be used as credit which you can use for other services of Siam Legal.

Do you guarantee approval of the application?

No, we do not guarantee the approval since the result of the application is at the discretion of the Thai embassy or consulate. However, based on experience, the embassy will not totally reject the application but rather request for further documents to be provided in which we will assist you rectify the problem. We will also make sure that the application is professionally prepared and submitted to avoid any delays.

Terms and Conditions

Effective August 01, 2014, you agree to pay Siam Legal the prescribed SERVICE FEE which is the fee paid to secure our professional services ("SERVICE FEE"). You understand that the SERVICE FEE does NOT include consular fees, application fees, postage, or any other related expenses.

You understand that any refund of the SERVICE FEE will be governed by the Retainer Agreement.

Please bear in mind that no company can assure the success of a visa application. However if your application is rejected after we submit the required documents and/or testimony to the relevant authorities, Siam Legal will refund the SERVICE FEE you paid to us contingent on the following:

• The client must be completely truthful in all communications with Siam Legal including being forthcoming in providing any information which may affect the case.
• The client must timely respond to communication from Siam Legal's employees and assist Siam Legal in obtaining the requested documents needed for the case.
• The client must accurately provide information to the Immigration Officials without any false representations or material omissions.
• The client must appropriately and timely respond to all requests by the relevant authorities.

If you change your mind and decide not to pursue your application after we have sent the questionnaire, list of requirements or prepared the documents for you, you would not be entitled to a refund.
