What Documents are Accepted by the Portuguese Embassy?

• Completed and signed visa application form
• Passport with at least 3 months of validity remaining after the intended stay in Portugal with 2 blank pages
• Passport-sized photograph that’s no older than 6 months (in color, white background)
• Proof of financial funds such as bank statements and property certificates
• If applicable, proof of employment or study such as a letter from your employer or educational institution (if self-employed, provide a copy of the business registration)
• Travel itinerary and accommodation details such as hotel reservations and rental agreements 
• Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR

After you’ve submitted all the necessary documents to TLScontact, you will then need to arrange an appointment with the Portuguese Embassy, where they will interview you to see if you are eligible to enter Portugal before issuing you the visa.
