Dennis Ramm
Director of Client Services
Mr. Dennis P. Ramm serves as Siam Legal's Director of Client Services. A graduate of Washington State University with a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice, Mr. Ramm also pursued a degree in Law at the University of Washington. He has over 18 years experience in legal and law enforcement work having served as Police Sergeant, Legal & Policy Advisor and criminal law instructor in coordination with the Seattle Police Department. Mr. Ramm has also contributed articles to numerous publications throughout Southeast Asia discussing matters such as property issues and immigration law spanning several continents. He currently resides in Bangkok, Thailand and is responsible for the firm's key management and operational procedures.
Ken Graham
Partner
Ken is a US-licensed lawyer with several years of experience advising clients both in the US and abroad. He formerly practiced family law in the US, both on the client side and as adjudicator in matters related to custody and child support. Ken has also spent time as in-house counsel for international companies in IT and Fintech, where he advised start-ups and medium-sized companies in matters relating to cryptocurrency, blockchain, financial regulations, intellectual property, and general corporate matters. Ken now heads the US Immigration and Property teams at Siam Legal International where he assists American citizens with bringing their Thai fiances, spouses, and family members to the US, as well as helps foreigners navigate the complex real estate market in Thailand.

Senior Counsel
Pat, our esteemed addition to the Siam Legal team, bringing forth over 30 years of invaluable expertise in business law and transactions. Pat's journey in the legal realm began at ILCT, where she honed her skills in foreign direct investment, company law, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, share sale and purchase, capital markets, and banking and finance.
With a decade of experience at ILCT, Pat transitioned to a new chapter, serving as Vice President and Head of Legal at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, a prominent French financial institution. Over the course of 12 years, she specialized in navigating the intricacies of financing and security documents, bank guarantees, various types of bonds, cross-border transactions, and related agreements.
Pat's commitment to excellence continued as she assumed the role of First Vice President under the Risk Management Department at Bank of China (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Here, she dedicated six years to overseeing legal matters pertaining to the bank's activities and products, contributing significantly to the institution's risk management strategies.
Now at Siam Legal, Pat is poised to leverage her extensive background and comprehensive understanding of company laws and banking and finance. Her wealth of experience positions her as a valuable asset, ready to provide strategic legal counsel and support to our clients.
