Lawyer - Litigator

We are urgently looking for highly qualified candidates to join our dynamic and fast growing firm.

Scope of Work:
  • Meet and consult with private and corporate clients in relation to civil and criminal litigation matters.
  • Draft retainers and able to properly manage timesheets and billings for clients.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate verbal advice and written legal opinions on both civil and criminal matters to clients.
  • Draft pleadings, complaints, answers, motions, submissions and any other documents necessary for court proceedings.
  • Appear in court and be a highly persuasive and effective advocate.
  • Supervise the daily tasks of litigation support team members.
  • Provide legal opinions on company legal issues to the Managing Partner.
Qualifications:
  • Thai national
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law from reputable educational institutions with excellent academic background
  • 3 years of litigation experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Competent, highly responsible and self-motivated

Lawyer – Family Law

Scope of Work:
  • Provide clients with consultation in relation to family cases.
  • Reviewing and managing legal documents as necessary.
  • Facilitate innovative solutions to clients’ problems.
  • Represent both domestic and international clients in court.
  • Work under the supervision of the Legal Department Supervisor and Partners
  • File a complaint and a lawsuit with the court on behalf of the clients.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Thai national
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a certificate in law equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree
  • A Lawyer License and a minimum of 1 year work experience in practicing for family cases
  • Has either a Juvenile and Family Advisory Certificate or a Notary Public Certificate
  • Experience in managing and reviewing legal documents
  • A natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to handle different types of customers with professionalism

Senior Corporate Lawyer (Urgent Hiring)

Job Description:
  • Advising clients on partnership and company laws, Foreign Business Act, Foreign Investment Act, and other related investment laws and regulations
  • Advising clients on the most suitable legal entity to make investment in Thailand
  • Preparing, reviewing, and handling all types of corporate, investment, and commercial related agreements including, but not limited to, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, and other ancillary agreements
  • Advising and assisting clients to apply for approval of license such as Foreign Business License, BOI, work permit and visa, factory licenses, FDA, Trademark, Treaty of Amity Registration
  • Handling cases independently from beginning until complete
  • Formulating legal strategies, providing legal opinions and analytical responses to clients’ requests for legal advice, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Preparing and delivering presentations on related fields for associations, conferences, and conventions; writing articles; and participating in a wide range of other marketing and business development initiatives
  • Performing assigned administrative matters, including billing and collection of fees for legal work performed.
Qualifications:

Thai Visa & Work Permit Consultant

Scope of Work:
  • Providing services to clients for the visa and work permit
  • Preparing the documents and other material for client meetings
  • Keeping a record of the expiration date of both Visa and Work Permit for clients
  • Updating and informing client for the Visa and Work Permit before expiry date
  • Oversee data gathering and management of database
  • Developing noticing strategy and advising counsel on Visa and Work Permit
  • Follow up with clients
  • Training other staff in relation to Visa and Work Permit
  • Supervising junior in the team for the daily tasks
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields

Job Description:
  • Provide consultation to Thai and foreign clients about immigration issues for foreign countries
  • Prepare & organize immigration applications to various embassies

Qualifications:

Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Scope of Work:
  • Project manager for admin & marketing tasks as requested by MD
  • Coordinate the daily operation with all sections of the firm.
  • Organizing client tracking, case files and service reviews.
  • Organizing and attending meetings as and when necessary
  • Perform all-round secretarial duties including managing day-to-day correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings, inter office correspondence, making travel arrangement for business trips, presentation & website materials preparation, company documentation and filing
  • Dealing with correspondence and writing letters
  • Organize, maintains and updates a central filing system for easy retrieval of information

  • A creative mind – should know how to make simple topics fun and watchable
  • Create three 2-10 minute video every week
  • Able to optimize video content to get the best performance from SEO and utilize YouTube features.
  • Analyze campaign performance by utilizing analytics and data on digital marketing tools to effectively create reports.
  • Connect, engage, and grow business relationships with YouTube and social media

Junior Accountant

Job Description:
  • Assist the accounting manager to perform routine accounting functions
  • Process accounts receivables and calculate monthly taxes and prepare tax filings
  • Prepare check requests and reconcile payroll as well as bank accounts
  • Coordinate with company's branch offices for tax filing and accounting purpose
  • Perform some human resource functions
Qualifications:
